Creamy Tomato Vodka | 300ml | The Saucerer

We’ve teamed up with Grasso: our favourite Italian-American troublemakers — to bring you Grasso’s creamy vodka sauce. Inspired by the family recipe, it combines nonna nostalgia, a splash of booze and plenty of Soho spice in a velvety, tomatoey sugo. Pour it on pasta, do la scarpetta or eat it straight from the jar. Limited batch, unlimited attitude.

Serving: 300ml jar — serves three.

Ingredients

Tomato (diced tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator (citric acid)), tomato paste, coconut cream (organic coconut kernel extract, water), garlic, cider vinegar, vodka (8%), demerara sugar, olive oil, paprika, coconut aminos (coconut nectar, sea salt), salt, chilli (0.5%).
