JAR SUBSTITUTIONS

For quality control reasons, slight variations in the appearance of our jars may occur. Significant changes will be communicated with you prior to dispatch.

QUALITY CONCERNS

We take immense pride in delivering high quality products. Upon receipt, please inspect your order. We'll endeavor to resolve the matter ASAP, offering either a replacement or a refund.

In the event of delivery-related damage, please notify us promptly with accompanying pictures. Please note, any claims for damage or deterioration must be made immediately upon receipt.

TITLE

Ownership and possession of goods remain with The Saucerer Foods Ltd until full payment is received.

RETURNS

Unwanted items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and condition. Once opened, products are non-returnable unless deemed faulty. We'll reimburse postage for quality-related issues.

DELIVERY

Most UK deliveries take 2-3 days, with potential delays in certain areas. We'll notify you promptly of any anticipated issues. While we strive to meet requested delivery dates, please ensure accurate address details, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Additionally, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances may lead to delivery delays beyond our control.

CANCELLATION
